Transferred money to a closed bank account in the Philippines

Hi, 

How long will it post back to my PayPal account that the money transferred to a closed account? 

It was confirmed that the bank was closed last April 2020. Per bank, no remittance will be accepted to a closed bank account.

Tried to contact the Message Center and Resolution but cannot reach out to them.

Allow 14 days for it to bounce back to your balance but if not contact c.s. for a trace.

I am really sorry to be bothering you. But I know you have already tried to solve this problem with a person some time ago and I would love to know an answer and continue solving the problem. The guys has not responded, so I do not know how to personally continue
