Transferred fund to Paypal but not added to my wallet

Hello. I have transferred funds from a Hong Kong bank account to Paypal HK 2 weeks ago. 
None of the fund is showing up but my bank is charged already. 
I tried to look for a real human to talk to in paypal but seems impossible. 
What to do?
