Transfer to Roommate Stuck on Pending

Title says it all. I transferred $300 to my roommate on the 19th and it is stuck on pending. It has been withdrawn from my bank account but is not receivable by my roommate. Status says pending for both of us and I do not have an option to cancel.

Another reason your payment might be pending is that it was sent using an eCheck. You will find more information on this here https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/i-sent-an-echeck,-but-the-payment-is-pending.-why-faq572 .
