I'm from the Philippines and it's a taking a long time to withdraw my funds from Paypal to my Paymaya Visa card. The email says it takes 72 but it's been more than 72 hours and I still haven't received my payment. Anyone having the same problems?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
