I sold a graphics card to a user from Facebook Marketplace and it arrived. It's marked as delivered on the USPS website, but my funds are still being held because Paypal hasn't updated it to say it's been delivered. Is there any way I can get PayPal to update so my funds can come off holding? I am the seller and the item has been delivered which is confirmed on the USPS website
