Hello guys. This is my first time to write here in Paypal help center. I just wanna ask if paypal has a problem now a days. Last Saturday I received a payment from my student but unfortunately I cant withdraw to transfer in my bank account. The result says, "There is something wrong. Please try again later". Please help me what to do.
