I'm trying to send money to a friend. When I plugged in their email, it automatically opened a USD to CAD conversion that I didn't ask for. I ignored this and plugged in a USD amount.
Paypal showed a payment confirm screen showing a charge of about $3.50 for a friend transfer?? I dunno what that's all about but I accepted and confirmed.
I was shown a receipt then went to my Activity screen, but no payment was shown. I tried this process again, but again, neither payment showed in Activity screen.
I'm not sure what's going on.
