I have tried for one month to resolve an issue with my PayPal with no luck.I have emailed. chat, called, no one is anywhere to help. I was hacked and had to change my accounts and now they will not link to PayPal , says declin4ed and they are all new accounts. PayPal is saying I owe them money in emails and how can I pay it ??????? the most horrible customer service ever .
