Hi, I have a Paypal account in Georgia. I had withdrawn money many times using my bank's Visa card. 

Now I am trying to withdraw money again with the same method but getting this error:

Right now, we’re not able to transfer the funds to your bank.

I added another visa card but the result is same.

do you have any solution?
