i know it was asked many times but it's already 15 days im trying to withdraw money without any success. i waited 3 days waited 5 Day, but every time getting that message. every time i contacted support they say nothing is wrong with my account and i should be able to withdraw. than account was limited and after uploading my id it is restored now but still can't get my money. any solution for this situation?
