Reviewing Running Balance

Why can't I see a running balance of what is held in my PayPal account in my statements? How can I see this?

Create a report:

Activity > Statements > Custom > Activity Download

Select Transaction type, date range, customize report fields, and report format.

No problem selecting those options.

Please outline exactly how you include a "running total" in the generated report.

We have been trying for many hours and cannot include this essential field.

A running total is essential to reconcile the account with the linked account. The simple "PayPal Balance Avialabe" is not enough.

I have a feeling that PayPal removed this information in an update and it is no longer available.

I was using the "classic" site to see activity with running balance on the website, no report generation necessary. The link I had no longer works, but I discovered a new way to get the same info.
