Hi,
I'm trying to remove an old bank account from Paypal after adding a new one, but keep getting a message saying: 'We're sorry, we're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.'
I have changed all pre-appreoved payments to my new bank account and deleted all old pre-approved payments not in use, but I'm still getting the same message. I don't think my account is limited (how would I find out?)
Can you please advise how to remove this old account?
