Hi I am having a problem where I sold a product for £17.90 after that a lady requested a refund by a statement so my balance went into to overdraft of £17.90 after agreeing to refund her I transferred the money from my bank but it’s gone my balance isn’t in overdraft anymore it’s £0 and when I try and click refund it’s saying no funds available?? I am really confused where is my money because I don’t have it neither does she. Thank you
