About 10 days ago I requested a PC world online order cancellation .
The order was made in the evening and the following morning I canceled it (the order was not dispatched,still processing).
I paid using paypal balance .
The retailer customer service told me that the refund will normally take 3-5 working day to arrive ,but by now on my paypal account I don`t see anything.
