Receiving US Dollars and Paying out US Dollars in the UK

My Paypal account is attached to a UK registered Business and British bank account (HSBC). However i receive all of my payments from my business's website in US Dollars. Can I withdraw the US Dollars to my British bank account without incurring currency conversion fees (keeping the funds in US$). And if I cant, how can I mitigate this issue. Do I have to open a US Paypal account or can I use the existing British PayPal account and transfer the US Dollars to a bank in the US.

As far as I can see in this article, they only support local currency for withdrawals. So if your withdrawing the money to a UK account, it needs to be in its local currency to be processed.
