Please note that I created a Paypal account one year ago; but I never made any transaction. I.e. this account was never used before...
My problem : yesterday, I received a payment / reimbursement from a seller because I never received his shipment;
Yesterday he made a payment that I can see in my Paypal account; but unfortunately the payment is in status 'on hold'.
I guess it is because my account has never been used ?
My questions :
- what must I do see the payment no more in 'on hold' status ?
- or will this happen automatically, after Paypal made some internal checks ?
- how long does it take before this change happens ?
