Good day! I'm from the Philippines. I'm trying to transfer money from my Paypal account to my GCash account (mobile money service) but it says zero balance, but I have an existing balance in my Paypal right now. The currency converter is not working. Though I can see my money in peso, on the "Manage My Currency" part the Primary Currency which is the Philippine Peso still appears to be in Zero balance. But underneath it, the amount is there in dollar, and it won't let me convert it. And I was trying to link both of my accounts but I can't find the "Preapproved Payment" link on my Paypal profile, that GCash gave me.
