Good evening!

I have made a purchase on the 7th, for 4 items, they are said completed and paid out, but today I receive this "Please add money to your account to resolve the negative balance. Otherwise, the case will be referred to collections and your account will be limited." stating that i owe the same amount of the purchased item to PayPal when i have money on my balance, can someone explain this to me, please?

What linked funding source did you fund the payment from?

Only paypal credit the seller upfront and then paypal wait for the funds to transfer from your funding source.

If not enough in there they will put your account into neg until you pay them back again.
