I went to transfer money from my paypal to my debit card and it was stopped. When I contacted my Card company they stated that that sometimes occurs despite me trasnferring funds from paypal before. I have been trying to get a hold of a actual human being operator but I can't. My money is still not appearing back on my paypal account. Will paypal transfer me the money back to my paypal account automatically (if so how long does it typically take) or do I have to tell them to do so?
