Pending payment

So i have 2 pending payments and i gave tracking for digital item that was brought and its been 7 days today and still havent had the money in my account

Mine has been pending for 10 days now and I've been trying to call PayPal, they keep on ending the call, saying they have limited customer support to assist. If I send an email, they send an automated message back to me.
