Hello,
I have recently sold a pair of Doc Marten boots on my depot page. They money when received when straight on hold, which usually happens so I ignored it. Since the boots have been sold, I have shipped them with Depop and the buyer has confirmed receipt of the boots and left a review on my page. I have contact PayPal multiple ways, through email, calling and the message centre. The money is still on hold. What can I do to get the money?
