Now I have to wait on hold for an hour or so with my card provider to contest the $22.80 payment billed bit not sent to the seller by PayPal. I'm well below poverty level trying to build a collection and paypal had to steal my money. I can never trust paypal again..Bad business . Recommend not using the PayPal checkout they are thieves

If you want advice then state what it says next to the transaction in your paypal account ie pending or completed.
Also state how you sent the funds ie which paypal option.
If you just want to moan about paypal and be daft accusing them of stealing then thats fine don't reply for advice.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
