I recently bought something online for 11.01 after tax (I live in Canada). Paypal shows the correct amount in the transactions but when my bank account was charged, it showed 14.64. Why? In their problem help page they don't have an option to report a problem like this. Does anyone know why this happened and/or how I can fix it? I was factually charged more than displayed on Paypal. Why Paypal is charging more than expected? Neither of these questions have an answer that explains it or helps the problem but I thought I'd link them to show that other people have this problem too.
