Paypal cash plus account

Someone sent $1 as a test to my paypal account before sending a larger sum. It shows received completed and paid to my paypal cash plus account. How do I redeem this $1 to spend on an ebay transaction. I can't locate a paypay cash plus account and have no idea where that $1 is now. can someone please help me understand this. Thanks
