Paypal Account closed. How to withdraw after 6 months

hi guys , My paypal account was limited and after 6 months period, i got email that i can withdraw balance to bank account. I tried to withdraw to my friend Bank account. I have linked it with my papal but when I try to withdraw, this message shows up
[We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later.]
What i should do now? I donot have my own bank account."thanks

The bank account has to be in the same name as the person that owns the paypal account ie yours.

Try requesting a cheque OR withdrawing to a debit card?

I donot have bank account in my name. can I use debit card with other name on it?
