My mom sent me some money to help me with some bills the payment had nothing to do with a sale or wasn’t part of a sale I Made it was simply just money sent for personal reasons. Why is it saying my money is on hold and that I need to add a shipping details when there is no item or a sold item at all to begin with did my mom choose the wrong option what should I do
