Hello,
This is another reminder, out of lot of stress and frustration that I am unable to withdraw funds from our account and move those to our bank.
The shipment has been successfully delivered, monitored by sharing the FedEx tracking and it has been over 3 weeks now that I am trying to reach out to you to resolve this, but no success !
It is frustrating dealing with PayPal and I have to struggle to get my own money from you.
Can this be resolved immediately now?

Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
