I have a customer for a service he is in a different country and only available payment method is paypal ever since before no problem with payment this is my first time having this issue instead you will get your money on time for bill payment you cant and my sender said he already verified the payment and sent a screenshot that he already sent to paypal. its already 4 days now since the payment . i will tell my firends and family not to use paypal anymore its a big hassle and inconvenient to old users. zero rating from me. I wont use my account this will be my last transaction.
