I sold an item on Ebay at the beginning of March. I uploaded all the tracking info to Ebay and PayPal's system. Well, I thought the fund would be released after it showed successfully delivered over 2 weeks ago By Canada Post, but it is still on status " PENDING/On Hold- Fund Unavailable".
I contacted EBay and the rep did a manual fund released. but after a 48 hrs wait, THE FUND IS STILL ON Hold in PayPal.
I don't know what's going on. so, I gone back to Ebay and was told it is now PayPal that is doing the hold.
So I contacted PayPal's Phone Line. well, NOW PayPal said it is an Ebay purchase, so it is an Ebay's hold, and refused to do a release on my fund, even tho it showed : "SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED" !!
It is a repeated loop, back and forth between EBay and PayPal. Does anyone have similar issue? What is Happening?
I checked Everything, I got no cases against me .
