Payment on hold

Hi,

My payment is on hold. How can i retrieve it? I'm supposed to get money within 7 days as he msg says "You’ll get your money within 7 days of verification" Its been 7 days now and still haven't received. Does it happens with everybody? I had an online task with a client and its done now and he made the payment but on hold. Mine is business account. Is it necessary to have business account to receive money or simple individual account will do. By clicking on "get your money" at the time hold. I selected payment type as goods and services. Is that ok? Plz help

So did the buyer verify? Did they click the confirm receipt option for your funds release?

With payments received for tangible goods Paypal would request valid tracking information confirming the item has been delivered to the buyer. As they can validate the tracking information online, once it is delivered they can release the funds. IF you have received the funds for a service / virtual or digital sale OR no tracking number is applicable Paypal would be unable to release the funds any sooner than 21 days.

If you mark the transaction as processed then the buyer may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner. This is not always available or guaranteed. 
If not then sadly its 21 days.

Yes, it says "The sender of this payment is verified". I just want to know is it necessary to have business account to receive money or simple individual account will do
