Payment on hold

I sold an item on depop and the payment immediately went on hold. Paypal said to add the shipping information and it will release the funds quicker - I did that. It said after 1 day of selling recieving item, they will be released, but it still hasn’t been i’m unsure what to do now.

Funds are released when tracking shows delivery of the item to the buyer + 1 day OR at 21 days.
