Payment hold

Hello everyone ! I have this problem, in my account I have payment hold. I want you to ask when this money is going to be availabel ? Because I already sold, and delivered my item on eBay and service said that: If your delivery is copmleted the next day you will going to get the payment. I don't get it yet and I have a date Jully 1. so I must have to wait until then ? Thanks in advance !
