Payment held for longer than 21 days. Cannot update shipping plz help !!

Ok so I sold a baseball card online and stupidly, I decided to mail it with stamps (long story). I’ve tried contacting the buyer to no avail. What do I do here I know they’ve received it, I probably could have walked it there personally by now but I can’t give this info to a lovely and oh so multitalented machine (sighs in frustration).

Mark it shipped without tracking number, then. Then wait 48 hrs and ask buyer to confirm receipt.

Click the transaction, then click “Add Tracking info” button and select order status.

Or contact customer services and ask them to manually release the money.

Thank you Sharpiemarker you’ve been a great help. I’ve tried but don’t know if I have wrong contact info but can’t get a msg back from them. I’ll be in contact with customer service if I can get past the bot lol.
