it was 11days now, why i can't use this funds, it's urgent we'll get affected by this, pandemic so i start to seek an online job, to help our daily necessities, but **bleep** it was 11 days we don't have money, now. maybe one of you can help me with this, it's only $40. i hope PayPal help me with this :))

Did you send trackable?

 

If not then if you mark the transaction as processed then the buyer or sender may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If they confirm this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner. This is not always guaranteed. 
If not then sadly its 21 days.
