PayPal took money from my bank account without authorisation

PayPal took money from my bank account by direct debit even though I have no direct debits in place. They will not help by email and I cannot get through to customer services by phone.

Did you pay anyone via your bank account via instant bank transfer?

 

If you are looking at the transactions the dates won't mat up as when you pay someone paypal credit that person for you and the funds won't leave your bank account until a few days later.

 
If you dont see anything Contact customer services asap.
I found the fast's way for my self during  COVID-19 is by there twitter and other social-media help supports. Reachout to them @AskPayPal on twitter and explain your issue.
