So I recently sold an item off of Facebook and the guy wanted to use a PayPal invoice. I sent him the invoice and he payed it but my funds are on hold and everything has said that I will receive the funds after it has been delivered. This is only a problem because it was a $500 order and $200 of it was for the shipping and so i cannot ship the item without getting the $200 he payed for the shipping costs. Does anyone have an idea how to get around this?
