I am an active eBay seller who regularly sells on eBay. Usually, eBay clears my funds for release, and I can take them right out of my PayPal right away. Recently, PayPal has been holding them because they say they are "higher risk." This has happened to me on my last three sales. Each time eBay clears the funds, but PayPal decides to hold them. The Payments were all different amounts, but they certainty aren't out of the ordinary for my account. Do you think that it has something to do with my account and what can I do about this?
