My PayPal balance was €-3. When I have noticed the balance, I sent to PayPal from my bank account €40 to the IBAN specified in the app DExxxxxxx. The transaction is stated as a turnover. This morning, they emailed me with a billing of €4. Was my transaction a waste? Will they notice that my transaction was before they set a 4 euros fee? What will happen next?
