PayPal MasterCard gift card questions

Customer service is currently limited due to corona virus.

I'd like to add a PayPal MasterCard gift card purchased through CVS to my PayPal account and am wondering how to do it.  I don't have a smartphone so I can't install the app.  Is there another way to do it?

Any help would be most appreciated.  Thank you
