I need to message an employee of PayPal. I’m unable to call you and you aren’t responding to Twitter or Messenger.
All set. The Twitter support person said that I have no account and to open one.
I found the information needed and reported the support person for incompetence.
Account fixed. Money withdrawn.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
