Why wont paypal allow me to ise.my funds my DL email ssi phone birthday adddress is all linked yet they say they cant confirm who i am .. I call customer service they say use online .. I go online to customer service they cant read. So im having to have wells fargo and the IRS investigate paypal for withholding my funds illegaly.
