It's been more than 48 hours and am still experiencing the "Oops, the withdraw could not be completed" issues when I try to withdraw from Paypal mpesa to my line. For those who had the same issues please advise how was it solved? And how long did it take. It's so frustrating really š¤¦. Thanks guys.
