What could be the challenge, the send me the message "oops the withdrawal couldn't be completed" they asked me to send them a document confirming my full names and location I send them, I don't know what to so. I need to withdraw

The option to withdraw in Kenya is by using the services of M-PESA or Equity Bank to transfer funds out of a PayPal account. If unable to get those to work, customer service assistance would be needed.
