one of my payments i received of 51.79USD is still on hold. i live in india and at the moment i did not know that bank account should be linked in order to receive money to your account . I did whatever i could and it is still showing me "You have successfully updated shipment information. You’ll get your money within 1 day of delivery." this error since 3 days now. How can i remove this money from hold and transfer it into my payment account?
@kernowlass there is no tracking information as i received the money for an in game item. when i try to add tracking info however it shows "We're experiencing technical difficulties
We're sorry for the inconvenience." is there any way to get that money to my wallet?
