On hold payment

It has been 21 days now since they held my money and until now I haven’t received any updates from paypal regarding this issue. Will it take a month before they solve this case?

I already sent them emails so many times regarding the case. I also tried to keep in touch with them via facebook, but the specialist said that it may take 30 days or more before they finish the investigation. I am actually not a seller that’s why I’m wondering why the payment is being disputed.
