Negative balance

Dear PayPal community I recieved an email from KSP PayPal kontak. That it showed me if I have to pay for negative balance. And they said if the PayPal sent me emails and I ignored it, which I didnt recieve anything. The next problem is I couldnt access my account and I couldnt use my last number than it makes me more difficult to check the transactions. I sent the message already to Twitter @PayPalask, so im waiting the replay. Please help me, if you know how I can reset my profile and log into my account. Thanks and stay healthy JD
