I transferred 125 euros to my friend from Paypal 2 weeks ago. Somehow the transfer was rejected by my bank and therefore I have a negative balance. Yesterday I saw that 125 euros were debited from my bank account automatically from Paypal. However, I can still see a negative balance on my account. When can I see the negative balance restored in my account?
