hi i sold a bracelet for £32. It did not arrive and the buyer requested a refund. There were no funds in my account so i have now a negative balance of -£32. I had until today to refund her via ebay but she escalated the case first thing this morning and ebay have said they have refunded her and will charge me the £32 in 10 days. My question is am i not therefore paying twice? I have to add £32 to my Paypal account to bring it back to zero and then ebay are going to charge me £32 as they have given the refund? Therefore i will be paying £64 in total?? I'm confused??
