Need help Funds is On HOld(i'm new to Paypal

Hi Guys,

I would like to ask if what to do with the Payment is on hold via paypal.
I do Video Editing Services which clients pay me via Paypal .
 Since I started the work I received this amount since I just got the job.
And I'm new to Paypal I registered my account last year(not active no funds received) and  Now I will use paypal for my current client since he pays me monthly

My question is why my payment is on HOLD

Did I made the wrong way to send them the invoice?
It's says add tracking info? Should I put shipped or order processed
