Nationality issue

Hello all My friend rishi kumar opened one paypal account on my request in order to receive the foreign fund. By mistake he mentioned usa but he live in india. Paypal opened the account successfully . Now he have received a paymant from facebook in his paypal account for the degital work he do on facebook. He is trying to withdrew the fund but he is having a issue of nationality . Paypal is asking all his usa detail. It was just a mistake . Now guys suggest me how to fix this . How to change the nationality without effecting the money he have in his paypal account .

You can't fix it, its against paypal rules to open and use another countries paypal account and it would never work for him.

All he can do is refund the payment (if possible) OR ask the sender to open a dispute for non receipt of item to get their money back.

Then he can open a correct account and the buyer can pay again.
